The short answers.
Where does the data come from?
Straight from the state. Florida's Division of Corporations publishes every new registration in its daily filings. It's the same public record you'd find on Sunbiz, except I pull the whole day's file at once instead of searching one name at a time.
How fresh is it?
Most companies show up within a week of their filing date. I won't tell you it's same-day, because it isn't. The state takes a few days to publish. But you'll usually still beat the list brokers, the mail flood, and everyone else buying this data secondhand.
Can I get other counties?
Yep. The state file covers all 67 counties. I just started with Palm Beach because I live here. Want Broward, Miami-Dade, or some custom slice? Email me and I'll cut it for you.
Is this legal to use for outreach?
The list itself is public record, so yes. How you reach out is on you, though. Calls and mail have their own rules, and if you email, CAN-SPAM says to identify yourself and give people a way to opt out. I give you the list; the outreach is yours.
Who's behind this?
